The Việt Nam Paralympic Committee has nominated Nguyễn Văn Bích to represent the Đồng Nai disabled team at the International Wheelchair Marathon, slated for November 13 to 16 in Oita, Japan.
Viet Nam grabbed one gold, three silver and two bronze medals during the
seven-day International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports, which ended last
weekend in Sochi, Russia.
Huynh Thanh Thao of Cu Chi District, HCM City, who has congenital
brittle bone disease, was astonished to see a Youtube clip of a person
in a wheelchair dancing together with a non-disabled partner.
